Telangana Indiramma Housing scheme

Telangana government has launched the Indiramma Housing scheme in the Hyderabad Core Urban Region (CURE).
The scheme involves the construction of houses in high-rise buildings.
Application window for the scheme is open from July 21 to August 10.
Applications can be submitted via MeeSeva Centres, the official portal, or WhatsApp services.
The government provides a subsidy of ₹5 lakh per unit.
The beneficiary is required to make a tentative contribution of ₹6 lakh per unit.

Telangana Housing Board has digitized the location data for Indiramma Housing towers within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) region of Hyderabad.
The portal provides details including Assembly constituency, landmark, survey number, and the number of proposed flats.
The first notification covers 18 locations across 16 Assembly constituencies.
The project aims to provide 7,340 affordable flats (reduced from an initial 7,680 due to building height restrictions in Secunderabad Cantonment).
The application process for these flats concluded with 60,720 applications received.
Beneficiary selection is scheduled to be conducted via a lottery system starting August 27, with a pace of four constituencies per day.
