• Demands: Ex gratia of ₹1 crore for the kin, permanent employment for a family member in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, and investigation into the private employer for alleged labour law violations.
• Labour Issues: Protesters alleged that private firms frequently violate labour laws, including mandatory weekly offs, and that workplace violence is a recurring concern for sanitation staff.
